Own the people function at SecureWay Financial from the ground up. You'll lead hiring, onboarding, culture, performance management, and HR compliance across our Dallas and Miami offices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to build something lasting.
Own the performance of a pod of 6–8 debt advisors. You'll coach calls, run weekly pipeline reviews, handle escalations, and work directly with leadership to refine the advisory playbook. This role is part player, part coach — you'll still carry a small book of your highest-value clients while developing the team around you.
Same role as our Dallas advisors, fully remote. You'll work inbound leads from across the US, consult on debt settlement and consolidation options, and enroll qualified clients. Requires a reliable home office setup, strong phone presence, and the self-discipline to perform at a high level independently.
We are growing our bilingual advisory team to better serve the Hispanic market. You'll conduct full debt consultations in Spanish and English, helping clients navigate settlement and consolidation options in their preferred language. Our bilingual leads are pre-qualified and highly engaged — this is a high-impact, high-reward role.
